How Online DVD Rental Works

1. Sign up with a company.
   - You will need to provide a credit card number and e-mail address.
   - The credit card will only be billed if you DO NOT cancel your trial membership.
    - If you WANT to continue membership DO NOTHING. Otherwise, log in and cancel.

2. Log in and make a list of movies you want to see. This is your Queue.
   - This is vital. If you don't do this they can't send you any movies.
   - Multiple ways to search for movies make this much better than wandering thru a video store.
   - No wandering around a video store half the night trying to find a decent movie thats available.
   - No waiting in long lines to check out.
   - This changes the way you choose movies. Since it's a flat fee, you'll be more open minded to watch
movies you wouldn't have picked before.

3. Arrange your Queue in the order you'd like to see the movies.
   - This DOES NOT garauntee that you will get the movies in the order you request them.
   - This DOES give them a general idea of what to send you and when.

4. The company sends you the movie(s) they have available closest to the top of your Queue.
   - You will recieve an e-mail telling you what movie(s) has been sent to you.
   - Depending on your membership level, you can have between 2 to 5 movies out at once.

5. The movie(s) arrives along with a Postage Paid Envelope to return the movie in.
   - Face it. We all love getting non-bill stuff in the mail. It's fun.
   - The movies are shipped in sleeves only, no plastic cases.
   - It can take between 1 to 6 days to recieve a movie. (It's never taken more than 3 days for me.)

6. Keep it as long as you like. NO DUE DATES. NO LATE FEES.
   - This is SO nice. Ever check out a movie and then circumstances make it so you can't watch it?
   - You can literally keep it for a month, or two, or three.
   - The catch is, you won't recieve any other movies until they get one back for you.

7. Send the movie back in the Postage Paid envelope provided for you.
   - Way simple, way nice.
   - Just slip the movie in the sleeve, the sleeve in the envelope, the envelope in the mail.
   - If you lost the Postage Paid envelope, no worries. They've got a dozen ways to take care of it.

8. The company receives the movie and sends you the next available movie from your Queue.
   - You will recieve an e-mail telling you when they have recieved the movie you sent back.
   - You will recieve an e-mail telling you the new movie being sent to you.

9. Keep visiting the site to add new movies to your Queue and enjoy!
   - Most likely you'll recieve an e-mail if your Queue gets low.
   - If you don't keep the Queue full of movie selections, they won't be able to send you anything.
   - Then your just paying a monthly fee for them to wait for you to put movies in your Queue.
